About Us

Hi, I’m Sunny Raja, the owner and sole proprietor of the company. I’ve been a life long vegetarian, who launched Vegan Delights in 1999.

 

In early 1997, I thought my sister was nuts when she announced she was becoming vegan. But after learning about her reasons for doing so, it only made sense that I follow suit. I realized the driving force behind my vegetarian beliefs also applied to dairy and egg production – unspeakable cruelty, a detriment to my health and the health of the planet. So I not only became vegan, but became passionate enough about it to devote my waking hours helping others understand and appreciate the benefits. And so, Vegan Delights came into being.
